Legal & Privacy.

Project Red Eye runs as a UAE-registered AI consulting practice. We work with European, Middle Eastern, North American, Latin American and Asian operations. This page explains how we handle data, how we contract, and what you can expect.

Privacy policy.

01 · Who we are

Project Red Eye is a trade name operated by Intarget DMCC, a UAE Free Zone Company registered with the Dubai Multi Commodities Centre Authority under licence number DMCC-809871, with offices in Jumeirah Lakes Towers, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The principal consultant is Rafael Patron.

02 · Scope

This policy applies to projectredeye.com, the strategic-call booking flow on Calendly, and any direct correspondence with our team via the email address tennis@projectredeye.com. It does not apply to third-party sites linked from this site.

03 · Data we collect

  • + Email addresses and message content you send us at tennis@projectredeye.com.
  • + Booking details you provide via Calendly when scheduling a strategic call (name, email, time-zone, optional notes).
  • + Standard server logs from the hosting provider, retained for the period the provider defaults to (typically thirty days).
  • + No cookies set by us at the time of writing. No analytics third-party scripts. No re-marketing pixels.

04 · How we use your data

We use the data you provide solely to respond to your enquiry, deliver the strategic call, and produce the deliverables associated with it. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing.

05 · Third parties

  • + Calendly — call scheduling and payment collection. Calendly's privacy policy applies in addition to this one.
  • + Stripe — payment processor used through Calendly. Card data is handled by Stripe; we never see card numbers.
  • + Vercel — hosting infrastructure. Server logs sit with Vercel under their data-processing terms.
  • + Google Workspace — email and calendar handling for tennis@projectredeye.com correspondence.

06 · GDPR / EU residents

We process European resident data on the legal basis of legitimate interest (responding to enquiries) and contract performance (delivering the strategic call). You have the right to access, correct, port and delete the data we hold about you. To exercise these rights, write to tennis@projectredeye.com with the subject "GDPR request" and we will respond within thirty days.

07 · Data retention

We retain enquiry correspondence for as long as the engagement is active and for two years after closure for legitimate-interest follow-up, unless you ask us to delete it sooner. Booking and payment records are retained for the period required by UAE accounting law and the equivalent obligations of any jurisdiction we contract under.

08 · Security

Correspondence sits in Google Workspace with two-factor authentication. Hosting is on Vercel with HTTPS enforced. Engagement deliverables are shared through password-protected links or encrypted attachments at the client's preference.

09 · Updates to this policy

We update this policy when our processing changes or when applicable law requires it. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision.

Terms of service.

01 · Engagement model

Project Red Eye operates on a per-engagement basis. The €240 strategic call is a discrete engagement. Larger engagements are scoped, quoted and signed in writing before any work begins.

02 · NDA reciprocity

We default to mutual NDA on request before the first call. We treat all client information as confidential whether or not an NDA has been signed. We never publish client names, deliverables, or case-specific data without explicit written permission.

03 · Intellectual property

Deliverables produced inside an engagement transfer to the client on full payment, with the exception of pre-existing methodologies, tools and frameworks that remain Project Red Eye property. We do not retain rights to your data, your models trained on your data, or your strategic plan.

04 · Payment

The strategic call is €240, paid at booking through Calendly (Stripe). Larger engagements are invoiced according to terms set in the engagement letter. Payment is generally due within fifteen days of invoice.

05 · Cancellation and rescheduling

Strategic calls can be cancelled with full refund up to twenty-four hours before the slot. After that, the call is held; we will reschedule once at no extra cost if you cannot attend. For larger engagements, cancellation terms are specified in the engagement letter.

06 · Limitations

We provide consulting and integration services. We do not provide legal, regulatory, medical, or financial advice. AI systems we recommend or build remain probabilistic; we set realistic expectations in writing as part of every engagement.

07 · Governing law

Engagements are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the regulations of the Dubai Multi Commodities Centre Free Zone, unless explicitly agreed otherwise in the engagement letter. Disputes are first addressed through good-faith discussion; failing that, through the courts of the relevant UAE jurisdiction.

08 · Contact
