Honest answers, before you book.

What exactly do I get for €240?

A 60-minute video call with Rafael Patron, followed by three written documents within five working days: an audit, a prioritised action list, and a technical feasibility map specific to your operation.

How do I pay?

Payment is processed at booking through Calendly (Stripe). The €240 is charged the moment you confirm the slot.

What is the refund policy?

Cancel up to 24 hours before the call for a full refund. After that the call slot is held; we will reschedule once at no extra cost if you cannot attend.

Is the call private?

Yes. We default to mutual NDA before the first meeting if you request it. We do not record the call without explicit consent. We never publish client names.

What happens after the call?

You receive the three deliverables. From there, you can take the roadmap to your internal team, to a third-party vendor, or scope a follow-up engagement with us. We do not lock you in.

What languages do you work in?

English and Italian for the call and deliverables. Spanish on request. Arabic — written deliverables only, on request, with translator support.

Are you reselling someone else's platform?

No. We are vendor-agnostic. If a market tool is the right answer, we say so. If a custom integration is the right answer, we say so. We never take referral fees from vendors.
