Thesis
Tennis is data-rich. AI-poor.
Tennis produces some of the cleanest signal in professional sport: an isolated player, a defined court, a sequence of measurable shots, a continuous video record. The data exists. The AI built on it lags decades behind what is possible.
The reason is not technical. The reason is structural. The market is fragmented across hardware vendors, SaaS platforms and federated bodies that compete instead of integrate. Buyers do not know what AI can do; sellers oversell what their specific tool delivers; coaches and players are caught in the middle.
Project Red Eye exists to close that gap. We are vendor-agnostic, NDA-bound, consulting-first. We work with the operations that want AI inside their tennis, not on top of it.

Project Red Eye is a brand of Intarget DMCC, our UAE Free Zone company registered with DMCC under licence DMCC-809871. Same office, same team, same standards as our digital strategy practice. Tennis is the focus, not the company.

The principle
We work in private. On purpose.
Tennis is a small world. Federations watch each other. Academies compete for the same pool of juniors. Players sign with sponsors who watch them through performance data. Discretion has a market value.
We default to mutual NDA before the first conversation. We do not publish client names. We do not reuse client data across engagements. Credibility on this site comes from the depth of the technical and strategic work, not from a wall of logos.

We start with the strategic question, not the tooling. The technology follows the question, never the other way around.

Vendor-agnostic.
We do not resell platforms. We do not take vendor referral fees. If a market tool is the right answer, we say so. If a custom build is the right answer, we say so.

Every engagement leaves you with documentation and ownership. The data is yours, the model is yours, the roadmap is yours.

NDA by default.
Mutual NDA on request before the first call. Client names never appear on this site. Discretion is part of the contract.

Written deliverables.
Every engagement produces written documents. Verbal advisory does not survive coaching changes; written ones do.

Transparent pricing.
The strategic call is €240, paid at booking. Larger engagements are scoped and quoted in writing before any work begins.
